No. Carly Allred Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, if your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Current fees are:
$150 for a 50-minute individual session
$175 for a 50-minute couples session
$175 for a 50-minute family session
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship.

Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for clients located in Washington State. Online sessions are secure, confidential, and can be attended from the comfort of your home or another private location. Paperwork and scheduling can also be completed online.
